The foam this disc creates is incredibly light and stable—perfect for cocktails. It fits my blender without any adapters, and cleanup is surprisingly easy since nothing gets stuck underneath.
I've been making vinaigrettes and emulsified sauces in half the time with this disc. The muddling action is also perfect for crushing herbs and spices right in the blender container.
Finally got my foam game right with this container—the disc mechanism makes a proper, stable foam in seconds. Just wish the lid sealed a bit more tightly, as a tiny bit of liquid escapes if I tilt it too fast.
