The 48-ounce capacity is a game changer for my weekly pizza dough prep — I can knead a full batch without stopping to scrape the sides. The SELF-DETECT® feature locked in perfectly with my blender and handled thick yeast dough like a champ.
Finally got my gluten-free flour grinding down to a fine, consistent texture without any clumping, and the 48-ounce capacity is perfect for a week’s worth of baking. The dough hook handles thick pizza dough without straining, and the 48-ounce capacity fits a full batch of flour in one go.
