Used it to make a quick broccoli cheddar soup without dragging out the full blender, and the whisk attachment handles cream like a dream. The two speeds give me just enough control for both smooth purees and fluffy whipped egg whites, and cleanup is a quick rinse under the tap.
The whisk attachment locks in place so firmly that I actually felt a little click of satisfaction the first time I used it. Soups come out silky smooth on the lower speed, and switching to high for whipping cream takes zero effort to clean up since the shaft rinses right off.
The whisk attachment whipped cream to stiff peaks faster than my hand mixer ever did, and the two speeds give me real control when I'm blending soup right in the pot. It's easy to clean and feels solid in the hand, no splashing mess like I expected.
