Disco reversibile per triturazione fine e affettatura ultra-sottile per robot da cucina

Installed this disc and the difference is immediate – the ultra-thin slices are paper-thin and completely even, perfect for homemade chips. Reversible design saves storage space too.

I was impressed with how evenly it shredded carrots for coleslaw, but the disc is a bit tricky to snap onto the stem. Still, the thin slices on cucumbers came out perfect for my salads.

I used the reversible disc for the first time today and was impressed by how uniformly thin it sliced a whole cucumber. The only downside is the lack of a storage case for the disc itself, but the shredding results were exactly what I needed.

The ultra-thin slice setting worked well on carrots for a salad, but changing the disc orientation feels a bit fiddly. Gets the job done for basic prep, though I still prefer my mandoline for precision.
