Stabmixer Mini-Hacker

Finally, a mini-chopper that actually lets me decide the texture—pulse a few times for chunky salsa or hold it down for a near-paste. It's cut my prep time in half and I don't miss washing a cutting board.

I love being able to dial in exactly how coarse or fine I want my herbs and nuts—it's way more precise than my old knife work.

I was surprised how quickly it handled a whole onion without me having to pre-cut it into small chunks. The control over chop size is much better than my old food processor, and cleanup took under a minute.

This little chopper attachment saves me so much prep time – I can finally do a proper fine dice on onions without crying. The control over coarseness is exactly what I wanted for salsas versus soups.
