I was skeptical about getting uniform fries at home, but this disc nails it every single time. The slices come out perfect for the oven, and cleanup is quick since it's just one attachment to rinse.
The veggie stick disc cut through three potatoes in under a minute, and every fry came out the same thickness. My kids actually asked for seconds, which says everything about the even cuts.
Slicing fries used to take forever with a knife, but this disc cuts them in seconds and every stick is exactly the same width. It makes me actually want to cook at home more often just to try different veggie combos.
