The frozen dessert program churned out a silky sorbet in minutes with no ice chunks—exactly like a soft-serve machine. The motor feels incredibly solid, and the tamper makes quick work of thick mixtures.

The soup program turned out a perfectly smooth butternut squash soup in just a few minutes—no need to pre-cook or transfer to a pot. The commercial-grade base feels solid and doesn't walk across the counter like my old blender did.

The preset for frozen desserts worked surprisingly well, though I wish the cup markings were a bit easier to read. It's nice having a smoothie ready in under a minute.

The smoothie preset works okay, but I’ve noticed it sometimes leaves a few chunks if I don’t cut the fruit small enough. It’s built solid, but for the price I expected a bit more consistency.
